What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or equivalent
• Advanced certifications on networking technologies (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco)
• 5+ years of networking support experience
• Proficiency with firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
• Strong project planning and management skills
• Excellent communication and cross‑cultural collaboration
• Ability to mentor and train junior engineers
• Experience with automation and knowledge base creation
