What you’ll do
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach team on Scrum and Agile best practices
- Remove obstacles to ensure smooth sprint execution
- Collaborate with Product Owner to prioritize backlog
- Track and report progress using velocity and burndown charts
- Promote self‑organization and continuous improvement
- Coordinate with stakeholders for alignment on goals
- Guide adoption of Agile tools like Azure DevOps and Jira
What you’ll bring
- 7-10 years experience as Scrum Master
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe) preferred
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps
