Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the role

Senior Fullstack Engineer at Allica Bank leads end‑to‑end design and delivery of secure, scalable microservices and web applications. Using Kotlin/Java Spring Boot and React/TypeScript, the role builds containerized services on Azure, implements observability, CI/CD, and security best practices, and mentors a small squad. Responsibilities include driving SLOs, incident response, and developer experience improvements, while responsibly leveraging GenAI tools. The position requires strong architectural judgment, secure coding knowledge, and experience with Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling. Candidates should be comfortable mentoring engineers and managing a small team, and able to collaborate closely with product and design stakeholders.
