About the role
Litmos Platform Engineering builds the Learning Acceleration Platform that helps organizations scale learning worldwide. Senior Fullstack Software Engineer designs and delivers microservices, APIs, and React front‑ends, incorporating AI‑assisted workflows to improve code quality and documentation. Remote work from India, on‑site model with occasional office visits as needed.
What you’ll do
- Own delivery from development through deployment, including CI/CD pipelines
- Build and maintain services supporting multiple product initiatives
- Collaborate with database team to ensure performant data models
- Implement logging, monitoring, and observability
- Contribute to deployment activities and support releases
- Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience
