About the role

The Specialist - HR Operations (Benefits Analyst) provides analytical and administrative support for employee benefits programs across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring accurate data management, compliance monitoring, and effective program delivery. Day-to-day work includes overseeing the complete insurance lifecycle, managing dependent enrollment and car lease programs, administering voluntary and country-specific benefits, and serving as the primary liaison between employees, HR teams, and insurance providers. This is an on-site, full-time role based in Gurugram, HR.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee the complete insurance lifecycle for Asia Pacific, including policy renewals, coverage assessments, additions, deletions, and modifications
  • Manage dependent enrollment processes and verify eligibility documentation
  • Serve as primary liaison between employees, HR teams, and insurance providers to resolve coverage questions and facilitate smooth policy administration across multiple countries
  • Provide guidance and resolve queries from managers, employees, and HR regarding benefit policies, procedures, and documentation requirements across diverse APAC regulatory environments
  • Manage the end-to-end car lease program, including employee eligibility, inclusion, deletion, expiry, and serve as primary point of contact for employees
  • Administer voluntary and country-specific benefit programs including National Pension Scheme (NPS), meal vouchers, 12% Provident Fund contributions, Worker's Comp, and other optional plans
  • Manage and approve employee transactions on Workday related to Benefits and Leave/Absence administration
  • Manage and respond to queries, maintain records, and provide data for reporting

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Personnel Management
  • Demonstrated understanding of core HR management practices, processes, procedures, and policies
  • Compliance focus, analytics, vendor management (Benefits), documentation, and employee-centricity
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with constant deadlines
  • Strong customer service skills using efficient processes
  • Attention to detail and ability to work towards tight deadlines

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in Workday HR environment preferred or similar HR ERP desirable
  • Knowledge of Case Management tool an added advantage
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR or client services role preferred
