About the role

Bank of America's Global Business Services team in Gurugram seeks a Senior Team Member to handle global payment investigations. The role involves resolving queries from external banks and clients, analyzing root causes, and managing payment adjustments within a 24/7 rotational shift environment. This is an on-site position requiring strong attention to detail and payments knowledge.

What you’ll do

Resolve queries raised by clients, internal departments, and external banks
Investigate and identify root cause for enquiries and take to closure
Review incoming messages and index them into GIN cases
Pass payments adjustments entries on client, internal, and nostro accounts
Contact external banks through SWIFT correspondence messages
Coordinate with teams onshore/offshore in day-to-day activities
Highlight anomalies as per recent changes in the process

What you’ll bring

Graduate or Post Graduate – Commerce (B.Com) or MBA (Finance)
Up to 6 years of experience
Good Payments knowledge & Investigations experience
Logical understanding of Payments flow
