About the role
Small Business Spreading team at Bank of America supports the Small Business Spreading client segment by performing credit analysis and financial due diligence for loan decisioning. The Senior Team Member analyzes financial statements, creates MIS reports, drives process improvements, and collaborates with stakeholders to resolve issues. Hyderabad and Gurugram, India, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Ensure timely follow‑up and closure of issues with business partners
- Work with stakeholders to resolve queries, escalations, and enhance processes
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement best practices
- Create MIS reports and track KPIs/KRIs
- Drive operational efficiency and monitor quality metrics
What you’ll bring
- Graduation in Commerce or Post Graduation/MBA in Finance
- 2+ years credit analysis experience
- Commercial Lending certification
- Financial Analysis & Report Writing certification
Nice to have
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities
- Good oral and written communication
- Knowledge of US GAAP and financial statements
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
