About the role
Team Member responsible for machine setup, operation, and quality control in Continental Surface Solutions India. Oversees technical state, safety, and documentation, ensuring compliance with TSOP and inspection plans. Requires diploma in Mechanical or Plastic, 1+ year automotive/chemical industry experience, and knowledge of Lean Production, 5S, PDCA, and polymer processes.
What you’ll do
- Adjust, operate, and supervise machines per regulations
- Set up machines according to setup plan
- Perform quality controls per TSOP and inspection plan
- Report deviations and technical errors to superior
- Ensure safety installations and record manufacturing data
- Inspect and separate defective products
- Manage resources, auxiliary, and operating materials
What you’ll bring
- Diploma in Mechanical or Plastic Engineering
- 1+ year experience in automotive or chemical industry
- Knowledge of Lean Production, 5S, PDCA
- Familiarity with polymer processes
