The Assistant Manager leads end‑to‑end project management, guiding teams on technical accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance while managing client relationships and project progress. What you’ll do

• Lead end‑to‑end project management for finance advisory engagements
• Guide teams on technical accounting and financial reporting matters
• Apply appropriate GAAP standards and address conversion queries
• Provide financial reporting support and assist with securities listing requirements
• Maintain client relationships and monitor project progress
• Stay current on regulatory developments and advisory service capabilities
• Deliver work within stringent deadlines

What you’ll bring

• CA qualification
• 5+ years post‑qualification experience
• Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP
• Experience with financial reporting for M&A and group restructuring
• Project management experience
• Client management and communication skills
• Familiarity with SAP or Oracle systems
• Strong analytical and data analytics skills
