About the role
Finance Leadership at Armada drives financial accounting, reporting, and controllership for a global AI infrastructure provider. The Senior Manager leads month‑end close, US GAAP and Indian statutory compliance, and audit management while partnering with global finance teams. Manages the Global Shared Services function, mentors a finance team, and advances process automation across multiple geographies. Thiruvananthapuram office, on‑site work model, relocation considered.
What you’ll do
- Manage month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes
- Oversee statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance
- Interpret and implement US GAAP guidance and technical accounting memos
- Act as liaison for internal and external auditors and resolve audit observations
- Collaborate with FP&A, tax, treasury, legal, and operations for business insights
- Drive process automation and finance transformation initiatives
- Lead Global Shared Services delivery, set SLAs and KPIs
- Develop and mentor finance team members
What you’ll bring
- 8-10 years progressive finance and accounting experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA or ACCA or MBA Finance
- Big 4 audit or advisory experience preferred
- Experience with US GAAP and Indian Accounting Standards
- Experience managing global shared services or finance transformation
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
- ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics)
