Fund Services IR Operations Administrator

About the role

Citco's Fund Administration business line in Pune, Maharashtra, India is hiring an IR Operations Administrator to support alternative asset and accounting services. Day-to-day, you will enter all trade activity across the global business unit within established timelines, maintain high accuracy standards, and distribute investor correspondence such as confirmations, settlement advices, contract notes, statements, and market value statements. You will also maintain working knowledge of multiple trade-processing systems, follow fund-specific instructions and variables, and assist with related duties as needed. The role is a full-time night shift position.

What you’ll do

• Enter all trade activity within the global business unit, meeting established timelines
• Ensure high accuracy standards are maintained for the entry of trade activity
• Distribute correspondence to investors including confirmations, settlement advices, contract notes, statements, and market value statements
• Maintain solid working knowledge of multiple systems for the processing of trades
• Follow fund-specific instructions and variables
• Assist with other related duties as required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent data and alphanumeric entry skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to enter all trade activity within the global business unit while meeting established timelines

• Ability to distribute investor correspondence including confirmations, settlement advices, contract notes, statements, and market value statements
