About the role
Fund Services team at Citco provides core fund administration and alternative asset accounting services. The Senior Administrator reviews and approves trades, coaches trade processors, ensures accurate entry of trade activity and distributes investor communications while maintaining system knowledge across multiple shifts. Pune, India, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Review and approve trades booked by processors
- Coach and support trade processors
- Enter all trade activity meeting timelines
- Maintain high accuracy standards for trade entry
- Distribute confirmations, settlement advices, contract notes, statements
- Assist with related duties as required
- Maintain knowledge of multiple trade processing systems
- Follow fund-specific instructions and work varied shifts
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- certifications a plus
- 1-2+ years financial services office experience
- financial/trading/banking background
- excellent data entry and attention to detail
