What you’ll do
- Cross-sell bank’s retail banking and third-party products like insurance and loans
- Achieve assigned monthly business budgets consistently
- Generate referrals and leads for new customer acquisition
- Process customer transactions and service requests within defined TAT
- Promote digital banking channels such as Internet and mobile banking
- Handle customer queries to ensure zero complaints
- Maintain high audit ratings by following all compliance guidelines
- Record daily customer interactions in the bank’s CRM system
What you’ll bring
- Graduation/Post-Graduation from a recognized institute
- 2 - 4 Years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with KYC, AML, and compliance requirements
