About the role
Project and Development Services at JLL leads interior fit‑out initiatives, delivering high‑quality spaces for clients. The Project Lead drives project success by owning small projects, supporting larger ones, and streamlining reporting, communication, and procedures. Works closely with project managers, manages consultants and vendors, mitigates risks, and creates project reports. Pune, India, on‑site, 48 weekly hours.
What you’ll do
- Own and lead small interior fit‑out projects
- Support senior project managers on larger initiatives
- Streamline reporting, communication, and procedures across projects
- Manage consultants for design and documentation
- Administer contracts with vendors and ensure legal compliance
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures
- Produce project reports, analyses, and reviews
What you’ll bring
- Degree in property‑related discipline
- 5+ years experience in planning, design, construction or project management
