About the role
CIO Hire‑to‑Retire organization at Kyndryl. The team designs, configures, and supports Workday Benefits solutions for global HR and payroll operations. The Senior Lead drives solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment, partnering with HR, Payroll, and integration teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable benefits delivery. Remote work from India, supporting a global workforce.
What you’ll do
- Design and configure Workday Benefits solutions
- Translate business requirements into Workday configurations
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and downstream teams for solution delivery
- Ensure compliance and scalability of benefits processes
- Collaborate with integration partners as needed
- Support production Workday environments and troubleshoot issues
- Drive solution quality and business outcomes
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years hands‑on Workday configuration experience, deep Benefits expertise
- Proven ability to design and deliver Workday solutions end‑to‑end
- Strong understanding of benefits and payroll business processes
- Experience supporting production Workday environments globally
- Familiarity with Workday business process frameworks and security
- Ability to translate requirements into scalable configurations
- Strong analytical and communication skills in cross‑functional settings
