About the role

Sprinklr Platform builds an AI-native unified customer experience management suite that powers social, marketing, service and insights products. As a Senior Lead Software Engineer you will architect and develop highly scalable backend services, own the full project lifecycle, mentor junior engineers and drive technical innovation across distributed teams. Gurgaon, India, on-site (Remote work not indicated).

What you’ll do

• Architect and design robust, high‑performance backend systems
• Drive projects from conception through deployment and maintenance
• Mentor and develop junior engineering talent
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and business leaders
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards and coding excellence
• Innovate by adopting emerging technologies to solve complex problems
• Communicate technical decisions to technical and non‑technical stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years backend software development
• Expertise in Java, NodeJS or Scala
• Experience with MySQL, Redis, Cassandra, DynamoDB, MongoDB, Kafka
• Hands‑on building scalable services on AWS or Azure
• Proven design of large‑scale complex systems
• Strong problem‑solving and programming skills
• Leadership and mentorship of junior engineers
• Excellent communication and collaboration across geo‑distributed teams
