About the role

Financial Systems team at McDonald’s supports enterprise financial planning through the EPBCS platform. The Specialist configures, tests, and documents system enhancements to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting across global markets. Hyderabad, India, on-site role focusing on EPBCS operations and user support.

What you’ll do

• Support execution of EPBCS system enhancements and updates
• Gather and document technical and functional requirements for planning workflows
• Assist deployment activities including implementation and adoption of EPBCS solutions
• Participate in user acceptance testing and configuration efforts
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve system issues and guide EPBCS usage
• Maintain documentation and support materials for global EPBCS users
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for planning accuracy and data integrity

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration
• 2+ years experience in finance systems or planning operations
• Experience with system testing, documentation, and deployment
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Effective communication with diverse user groups
• English proficiency, written and verbal
