About the role
Finance Systems team at McDonald’s in Hyderabad focuses on delivering impactful finance application solutions across the business. Works onsite in Hyderabad, coordinating stakeholder interactions and driving adoption of system improvements.
What you’ll do
- Analyze finance processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate requirements into functional designs
- Support execution of XApps roadmap and solution delivery
- Assist with UAT and functional validation
- Act as liaison between business users and technical teams
- Maintain process documentation and SOPs
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
What you’ll bring
- 2-5 years experience in finance systems or business analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT
- Strong Excel and VBA skills
- Understanding of SQL and data analysis
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau (nice to have)
