About the role

Infrastructure team at TIAA ensures reliable IT systems for the organization. The role monitors and maintains software applications and physical infrastructure, troubleshoots hardware/software faults, and drives network refreshes and vendor‑managed changes. Pune, India, hybrid work model with on‑site collaboration as needed.
