About the role

What you’ll do
- Advise clients on credit solutions and assess loan risk
- Prepare and submit credit proposals for approval
- Identify client credit needs and propose suitable products
- Support new business acquisition and grow earnings
- Guide teams in developing bespoke financing solutions
- Collaborate with cross‑functional colleagues to meet client needs
- Monitor credit exposures and ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain and expand business contacts in lending
What you’ll bring
- 8-12 years experience
- Graduation degree
- Excellent English communication
- Knowledge of investments and wealth management
- Experience with mutual funds, PMS, insurance
- Proven client acquisition track record
