About the role
Facility Executive at JLL’s Property Consultants team in Trivandrum, KL, drives daily building operations and vendor coordination to deliver top‑tier client service. The role prioritises housekeeping, landscaping, safety compliance and continuous improvement, while mentoring staff and managing service level agreements. On‑site in Trivandrum with a full‑time schedule of 48 hours per week.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate daily property rounds and vendor meetings
- Maintain DMR/MMR reports
- Ensure housekeeping and landscaping standards
- Mentor and train vendor staff
- Implement safety and continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare client reports and documentation
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years facilities management
- Degree in Hotel or Building Management
