About the role
AVEVA’s R&D Technology and Execution team designs, develops, and maintains industrial software solutions. The Senior Member of Technical Staff works closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and Scrum teams to define and implement complex .NET desktop applications, ensuring code quality through reviews, unit testing, and documentation. Based in Hyderabad, India, the role operates in a hybrid model with three days onsite and remote collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum team to define requirements
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily Scrum, retrospectives, and reviews
- Ensure code is reviewed, unit tested, documented, and meets quality standards
