About the role

AVEVA’s R&D team seeks a Senior Member of Technical Staff to rigorously test and monitor value realization propositions for industrial software. The role involves end-to-end system validation, automation framework development, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure customer value alignment. This hybrid position is based in Bangalore or Hyderabad.

What you’ll do

Define and validate persona-based scenarios and end-to-end workflows
Enable and validate data flows across industrial systems and microservices architectures
Design and execute comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies
Collaborate with SMEs to align on data requirements and solution architecture
Develop automation, performance testing, and validation frameworks

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science/IT
8+ years experience in platform testing, software development, system integration, and cloud/microservices environments
Proficiency in C#, TypeScript, and Python for automation frameworks
Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes
