About the role

Workstreet Delivery Team builds secure, compliant frameworks for clients, driving SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF adoption. The Senior GRC Engineer leads client engagements, managing high‑complexity accounts, guiding audits, and coaching a pod of analysts. Based in Remote (India) with US Eastern Time alignment, the role blends client relationship management, compliance execution, and team leadership.

What you’ll do

Own client experience and serve as primary contact for high‑complexity accounts
Lead client engagements, conduct meetings, deliver progress updates, and guide audits
Resolve escalations swiftly and professionally
Manage and develop a pod of analysts, providing direction and coaching
Analyze and apply regulatory frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST CSF)
Oversee multiple compliance projects, including audits, evidence collection, and control mapping
Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and procedures
Collaborate on risk management and process improvement

What you’ll bring

3+ years managing client relationships
3+ years leading a small team
3+ years in cybersecurity compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF)

Nice to have

CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or Security+ certifications
Experience with Vanta or similar compliance automation platforms
