Senior Staff Engineer, ServiceNow (GRC)

About the role

Nagarro seeks a Senior Staff Engineer to lead ServiceNow GRC and Legal implementations for global clients. The role involves designing scalable architectures, defining technical guidelines, and reviewing complex configurations to meet enterprise requirements. This is a full-time remote position based in India.

What you’ll do

• Designing overall solutions and high-level application architecture
• Writing and reviewing configuration and design documents
• Translating client business use cases into technical designs
• Defining guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements
• Reviewing architecture for extensibility, scalability, security, and UX
• Identifying optimal solutions to meet client requirements
• Applying technology integration scenarios in projects
• Consulting on technical decisions and architectural best practices

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years total experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in CS, IT, or related field
• Strong ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience
• Expertise in ServiceNow GRC and Legal modules
• Proficiency in Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer

Nice to have

• Experience with MID Server setup, platform upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Extensive scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide, REST, SOAP, SRAPI
• Knowledge of CI/CD, version control, and unit testing
• Proven record delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations
