What you’ll do
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Design and execute functional test strategies and cycles
- Coordinate test data preparation and execution
- Document test evidence and validation reports
- Analyze defects and propose corrective actions
- Mentor junior analysts and testers
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years functional analysis in laboratory informatics
- Hands‑on testing with Empower Labvantage Labware and Labware ELN
- Experience with R&D verification and validation processes
- Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain domain
- Proficient in SDLC and Agile methodologies
Nice to have
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to produce audit‑ready documentation
