About the role

Finance & Accounting team at Accenture delivers strategic financial planning and analysis to drive business decisions. The Senior Analyst prepares forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses, builds management reports, and mentors junior analysts while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders. Gurugram, India, on-site role supporting the FP&A function.

What you’ll do

• Prepare accurate forecasts and budget inputs
• Perform detailed variance analysis on revenue, cost, margin and working capital
• Create monthly and ad‑hoc management reports with insight‑led commentary
• Support consolidation and validation of stakeholder submissions
• Maintain KPI trackers and support performance reviews
• Identify opportunities to simplify reporting and improve data quality
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to validate business drivers

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years FP&A experience
• Graduate degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting (BCom preferred)
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience with SAP, SAC or Power BI
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior analysts
