About the role

Columbia Sportswear Finance & Accounting teams drive the financial health of four global brands. As a Financial Planning Analyst, you build driver‑based models, lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, and provide actionable insights to senior leaders. Based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, the role is on‑site with a focus on cross‑functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

• Influence business partners to make sound decisions
• Prepare accurate month‑end reporting for leadership
• Develop driver‑based financial models and analysis
• Lead annual budget and forecast development
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations
• Support strategic long‑range financial plans
• Create insightful reporting tools and ad‑hoc analyses
• Support cross‑functional initiative investments through business case development

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
• Proficiency in Excel modeling and presentation development
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with enterprise‑level planning systems such as IBM Cognos TM1
