About the role
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team at Accenture delivers strategic financial insights and forecasting across the business. The Senior Analyst leads forecast and budget preparation, variance analysis, and management reporting while mentoring junior analysts. Gurugram, India, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Prepare accurate forecasts and budgets
- Perform detailed variance analysis on revenue, cost, margin and working capital
- Create monthly and ad hoc management reports with insight-led commentary
- Maintain KPI trackers and support performance reviews
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to validate data and business drivers
- Identify and implement reporting simplifications and control improvements
- Mentor junior analysts and support team coordination
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
What you’ll bring
- 5-8 years FP&A experience
- BCom or equivalent
- Graduate degree preferred
- MBA/CA/CMA advantage
- Proficiency in Excel
- Exposure to SAP, SAC or Power BI
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Experience in manufacturing, retail or CPG
