About the role

Delivery Module Lead at Mphasis works within the Front2Back™ Transformation practice to design and deliver end‑to‑end software solutions for airline customers. Leads a technical scrum team, architects front‑end and back‑end components, ensures high quality through CI pipelines and 90%+ test coverage, and drives performance, scalability and accessibility initiatives. Based in Bangalore, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Lead technical scrum team and deliver front‑end implementations
• Mentor engineers and enforce best practices
• Transform business requirements into scalable architectures
• Ensure code quality with pipelines and 90%+ test coverage
• Perform production issue triage and prevention
• Design accessible UI solutions
• Research and prototype innovative customer interactions
• Drive performance, stability and technical debt reduction

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years software development
• 2-3 years cloud (OpenShift, GCP, Azure, AWS)
• 2+ years AngularJS
• Experience with Python/Node.js/Golang
• Proficient with Java, J2EE, Spring Security, OAuth, JWT
• Hands‑on UI development with responsive design
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and unit testing (Jasmine, Protractor)
• Familiar with microservices and REST APIs
