Job Title: Delivery Module Lead Designation: Delivery Management< Location: Hyderabad_Phoenix< Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Module Lead with a strong background in Java Fullstack development to oversee and manage the delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with client expectations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and project management skills to drive successful project outcomes.< Responsibilities:< < Lead the delivery of software projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.< Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and business analysts, to define project scope and objectives.< Utilize strong Java Fullstack knowledge to guide technical discussions and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.< Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to mitigate risks and issues.< Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring clear communication across all levels.< Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.< Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.< Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring that deliverables meet or exceed requirements.< Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the delivery management framework.< < Mandatory Skills:< < Strong proficiency in Java Fullstack development, including experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, and front-end technologies such as Angular or React.< Proven experience in project management methodologies and tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices. Experience with cloud technologies and deployment strategies. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. Understanding of database management systems and data modeling. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
