About the role
Amgen Technology Pvt Ltd’s Manufacturing Site Technology Sustainment team in Hyderabad drives 24/7 operational support for MES, PI, ERP and plant applications, ensuring uptime, quality and regulatory compliance. The Manager leads a matrixed, cross‑functional team, coordinates global incident response, implements Agile best practices, and mentors talent to foster continuous improvement. The role is on‑site in Hyderabad with a focus on collaboration across India, the US and other international locations.
What you’ll do

- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
