What you’ll do
- Lead and develop a diverse global technology team
- Define and execute technology roadmaps and product plans
- Oversee software development lifecycle and delivery operations
- Manage scope, schedules, risks, budgets and vendor relationships
- Promote Agile, DevOps, automation, cloud, data, analytics and AI where valuable
- Ensure compliance with architecture, cybersecurity, quality and regulatory standards
- Communicate service roadmaps, delivery status and priorities to business leaders
What you’ll bring
- 8-12 years experience in Business, Engineering, IT or related field
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Nice to have
- Leadership of technology initiatives and matrixed teams
- Experience with Agile, SAFe, DevOps, ITIL frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication
- Budget and vendor management
- Regulated industry experience (pharma/biotech)
