About the role

The Lead Manufacturing Engineer drives industrialization of cockpit and growth products from award phases to series production, leading process flow design, DFM/DFA, and production line concepts while managing requirements and supplier packaging. Based in Bangalore, on‑site role collaborating with global teams and customers.
What you’ll do
- Industrialize cockpit and growth products from award to series production
- Create and adapt process flows, drive DFM and DFA
- Manage requirements and align with CAQE
- Develop production line concepts with optimized material flow
- Maintain MFGE project schedule and milestone builds
- Track equipment, tooling, and material availability
- Lead regular PDT meetings and escalation processes
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical education
- 8-15 years overall experience
- 5+ years automotive manufacturing engineering
- Proven project management skills
- Strong lean manufacturing knowledge
