The role handles AR follow‑up, investigates denied claims, analyzes EOBs, and works with billing and coding teams to resolve issues and maximize reimbursements. Bangalore, India, on-site work environment with standard office hours.

What you’ll do

• Perform AR follow‑up on outstanding and denied insurance claims
• Contact insurers via calls, IVR, or portals to obtain claim status
• Investigate and resolve claim denials, underpayments, and delays
• Analyze EOBs and determine appropriate actions
• Document call outcomes and update billing system
• Identify denial trends and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with billing and coding teams to resolve issues
• Maintain productivity and quality standards

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years AR follow‑up experience
• Knowledge of US Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
• Proficiency with billing software and MS Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Analytical problem‑solving skills
