About the role

ARstrat Billing Operations team handles insurance follow-ups, claim resolution and denial management for hospital and physician billing. The role makes outbound calls to insurers, analyzes EOBs, manages denials and appeals, and documents actions to meet productivity and quality targets. Bangalore office, on-site, immediate joiners only, with transportation, insurance and food coupons benefits.

What you’ll do

• Handle outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status and payment follow-ups
• Analyze EOBs and take necessary actions on denied, rejected, and unpaid claims
• Perform denial management, identify root causes and work on appeals and resubmissions
• Maintain accurate documentation of call details and actions taken
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for claim corrections

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 2 years experience in AR Calling (PB/HB)
• Strong understanding of RCM cycle
• Knowledge of denial management and insurance follow-ups
• Ability to work US shifts
