About the role

The Lead Engineer designs, develops, and mentors within an agile delivery team, collaborating with product owners and technical leads to deliver high‑quality microservices on AWS. What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain cloud applications and services
- Create detailed designs and implement stories per technical lead guidance
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical leads on issues
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices
- Produce code and documentation following development processes
- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety policies
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years software development experience
- Proficiency in C# and .NET
- Strong AWS cloud engineering background
- Experience building microservices and APIs
- Hands‑on with TDD and unit testing
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Use of GitHub and GitHub Actions
- Knowledge of software security best practices
