About the role

Lead the recruitment function for Quess Enterprise’s Gurugram office, overseeing end-to-end hiring for a diverse portfolio of roles. Manage a small team of recruiters, setting KPIs, coaching talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast workforce needs, design sourcing plans, and implement best practices in talent acquisition. Drive process improvements, leverage data analytics to reduce time-to-fill, and maintain compliance with local labor regulations. Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering a culture of equitable hiring. Serve as a liaison between HR and business units, translating organizational goals into actionable hiring plans. Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on recruitment metrics and market trends. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the Indian talent market.
