Senior ServiceNow Developer

About the role

Invesco's LCAR (Legal, Compliance, Audit and Risk) Technology team, within the Audit & Risk Squad, seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer to build and customize dashboards, reporting, and analytics solutions. Day-to-day work includes designing ServiceNow dashboards and widgets, integrating external data sources, collaborating with business teams on reporting requirements, and optimizing performance for large datasets. This full-time hybrid role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, requiring at least three days per week in the designated office.

What you’ll do

• Develop and customize ServiceNow dashboards, widgets, and reporting solutions
• Implement advanced analytics capabilities to track KRIs, KPIs, and other operational metrics
• Create intuitive visualizations and data models for risk and performance monitoring
• Integrate ServiceNow with external data sources for comprehensive reporting
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reporting modules
• Work closely with business teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide guidance on best practices for ServiceNow reporting and analytics
• Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability for large datasets

What you’ll bring

• Highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in building and customizing dashboards, reporting, and analytics solutions
• Experience leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to deliver actionable insights through Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), performance metrics, and other critical data points
• Strong technical proficiency in ServiceNow development and configuration
• Analytical thinking and ability to collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions
• Experience creating intuitive visualizations and data models for risk and performance monitoring
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external data sources for comprehensive reporting
• Ability to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reporting modules
• Experience optimizing dashboard performance and ensuring scalability for large datasets
