Senior ServiceNow Developer, TPRM

About the role

ServiceNow Development Team at MUFG builds and maintains integrated risk management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The Senior ServiceNow Developer designs, develops, and implements IRM/TPRM applications, custom workflows, integrations, and analytics while collaborating with architects, security, procurement, and compliance stakeholders. Bengaluru, India, on-site, Full-time role focusing on enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow IRM/TPRM solutions
• Configure TPRM, vendor risk, assessments, and issue management
• Create custom applications, workflows, Flow Designer flows, and UI components
• Build integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
• Develop reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics indicators
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, and technical governance
• Optimize platform performance and troubleshoot production issues
• Mentor junior developers and establish best practices

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years ServiceNow development experience
• 3-5 years implementing IRM/TPRM solutions
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations
• Agile/Scrum environment experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• ITIL Foundation certification
