About the role

Application Security team at Aditya Birla Capital focuses on safeguarding financial services applications through governance, testing, and remediation. The manager leads security test execution, VAPT, red teaming, and DevSecOps framework implementation, while driving training and reporting to the CISO. Based in Maharashtra, on-site work model, overseeing a portfolio of critical applications.

What you’ll do

• Define and enforce application security governance
• Lead vulnerability assessments and remediation across applications
• Implement and oversee ASLC and DevSecOps frameworks
• Conduct red‑team exercises and security product POCs
• Provide training and workshops on application security

What you’ll bring

• 6-9 years experience in application security
• Hands‑on VAPT and penetration testing
• Experience with DevSecOps and security automation
• Conducting red‑team assessments and incident response
• Managing security product evaluations (EDR, WAF)
