About the role
Operations and Service division at Bajaj Finance Limited. The Zonal Manager ensures SLA delivery, oversees cash management services, drives service-to-sales targets, and leads data analysis and best practice sharing across branches. Based in Kolkata, Salt Lake, on-site role with occasional cross-functional coordination.
What you’ll do
- Ensure SLA delivery for each process
- Maintain quality of files processed by operations team
- Achieve service-to-sales numbers and cash management service delivery
- Manage service related TAT and deliverables such as token generation
- Analyze data and share best practices with team
- Implement policies and coordinate with HO and cross-functional departments
- Recruit, forecast manpower and drive employee engagement
- Vendor management and compliance oversight
What you’ll bring
- 3-4 years experience
- 1+ year managing branch operations
- Post graduate degree preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Data analytics proficiency
