About the role

Operations and Service team at Bajaj Finance focuses on delivering seamless branch operations and cash management services. The Zonal Manager ensures SLA delivery, drives service-to-sales targets, oversees vendor management, and leads data analysis and best practice sharing across branches. Pune, Wakdewadi, on-site role with responsibility for compliance, employee engagement, and new initiative support.

What you’ll do

• Ensure SLA delivery for each process
• Maintain quality of files processed by Operations team
• Achieve service-to-sales numbers and cash management service delivery
• Manage vendor relationships and compliance
• Coordinate with head office and cross-functional departments
• Recruit, forecast manpower, and drive employee engagement
• Analyze data and share best practices with team
• Support new initiatives and functional projects

What you’ll bring

• 1+ year managing branch operations
• Post graduate degree preferred
