About the role

I​CF Consulting India’s stakeholder engagement team drives evidence‑based clean energy programs across India. The Specialist designs engagement strategies, maps institutional networks, facilitates workshops and training‑of‑trainers, creates outreach materials, and supports change‑management initiatives. New Delhi, India, on‑site role.

• Workshop and consultation facilitation
• Design of communication and outreach materials
• Capacity building plan creation
• Training‑of‑trainers program delivery
• Change‑management support
• Partnership strengthening with government and NGOs

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Public Policy, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Communications, Management, Urban Planning or related field
• 8–12 years experience in stakeholder engagement, institutional development, training, and government advisory
