About the role

Amgen seeks an MDM Platform Administrator to maintain enterprise MDM solutions using Informatica MDM and IDQ, ensuring data integrity and system reliability. The role involves server maintenance, data recovery, backup, automation with Unix/Linux, Python, Databricks, and AWS, and collaboration with business and data engineering teams. Candidates should have 2–5 years experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering/IT, and strong skills in MDM, data governance, SQL, and cloud services.

What you’ll do

Administer customer, product, study master data with Informatica MDM/IDQ
Perform data recovery and backup for master data integrity
Conduct server maintenance and preventive tasks
Leverage Unix/Linux, Python, Databricks for scalable processing
Collaborate with business and data engineering teams
Implement automation for backup, recovery, maintenance
Utilize AWS for data storage and compute
Support MDM software maintenance and upgrades
Track data issues with JIRA, document in Confluence
Apply Life Sciences/Pharma context for data standards

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree 2-5 yrs OR Master’s 1-3 yrs OR Diploma 6-8 yrs in Business/Engineering/IT
