The Senior Manager leads the development and execution of integrated digital marketing plans, eCommerce strategies, and CRM initiatives to grow online sales and strengthen brand visibility. Thane, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute annual digital marketing plan aligned with business priorities
• Lead eCommerce strategies across key online platforms to drive sales growth
• Lead CRM and customer lifecycle initiatives to improve acquisition and retention
• Support collaborations with digital health partners and commercial stakeholders
• Partner with Retail & Trade Marketing to ensure consistent brand execution across channels

What you’ll bring

• Graduate degree required
• MBA or equivalent preferred
• 8-12 years marketing experience in pharma, medical device, consumer healthcare or OTC
• Significant digital marketing, CRM, and eCommerce experience
• Experience with integrated campaign planning and execution
