Senior SEO & GEO Strategist, Ecommerce

About the role

Hustler Marketing SEO Team drives organic revenue growth for ecommerce clients through advanced SEO, GEO and emerging AI search strategies. The Senior SEO & GEO Strategist leads portfolio SEO roadmaps, conducts deep technical audits, and translates insights into actionable development tickets while collaborating with developers, content creators and account managers. Remote work from India, full-time commitment with 30-35 hours weekly.

What you’ll do

• Develop and own SEO strategies across ecommerce client portfolios
• Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits and identify high-impact opportunities
• Analyze performance data using GA4, Search Console and SEO tools
• Translate audit findings into prioritized development tickets
• Collaborate with developers, content writers, designers and account managers to implement recommendations
• Lead client strategy meetings and quarterly business reviews
• Contribute to internal SEO, GEO and AEO methodology development
• Research emerging AI search platforms and assess client visibility

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years ecommerce SEO experience
• Strong technical SEO expertise for large product catalogs
• Proficiency with Shopify/BigCommerce platforms
• Advanced use of GA4, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush
• Ability to link SEO performance to revenue metrics
• Experience conducting technical SEO audits and prioritizing implementations
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Remote collaboration skills
