Senior Project Manager, SAP

About the role
Yash Technologies' SAP Delivery team drives enterprise transformation through end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA implementations across Asia‑Pacific. The Senior Project Manager leads SAP projects from requirement gathering through design, configuration, testing and cutover, managing scope, risks, revenue and P&L while coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders. Hyderabad, India, on‑site role with flexible work arrangements.
What you’ll do
- Lead SAP project planning, execution and governance
- Manage project risks, issues and stakeholder communications
- Oversee configuration, customization and integration activities
- Ensure quality standards and continuous improvement
- Monitor project financials and margin targets
- Coordinate with customers for forecasting and opportunity identification
- Drive resource utilization and billability optimization
- Support knowledge management and transition processes
What you’ll bring
- 12-15 years SAP experience
- SAP S/4HANA E2E & roll‑out projects
- Experience in SAP FI/LE‑MM, WM, SD, PP‑QM modules
- Localization experience in Golden Tax and e‑invoicing
- Project lifecycle management from design to support
- Agile methodology for small project implementations
- Revenue & cost P&L responsibility
- Pre‑sales support and proposal preparation
