About the role

Agency Management team at HDFC ERGO drives the growth and performance of insurance agencies across Hyderabad. The Senior Agency Manager recruits, activates, and engages agents, monitors productivity metrics, and implements strategic plans to meet top‑line and bottom‑line targets. This role is based in Hyderabad, on‑site, and collaborates with regional leadership to optimize agency operations.

What you’ll do

• Monitor and drive agency business performance
• Recruit and onboard new agents
• Activate and engage existing agents to meet productivity goals
• Develop and implement strategic plans for agency growth
• Track and achieve top‑line and bottom‑line targets

What you’ll bring

• 1-4 years experience in agency or sales management
• Proven track record in recruitment and activation of agents
• Ability to analyze and improve productivity metrics
