About the role

Senior Agency Manager at HDFC ERGO, responsible for building and expanding the agency network in the Panipat region. Leads training and mentorship for advisors, resolves channel partner queries, and conducts client meetings to drive fresh sales and service. Based in Panipat, on-site work model with occasional travel to partner sites.

What you’ll do

• Develop and grow agency network, including onboarding new agencies and converting competitors
• Train and mentor advisors on product knowledge and processes
• Handle and resolve channel partner queries promptly
• Meet customers with channel partners to address sales and service issues
• Conduct team meetings to boost productivity
